The registration fee for the conference will be $90.00 (Covering the meeting rooms, AV and coffee at the meeting). There will be one luncheon and one banquet at the Embassy Suites and the charge for those meals is $72. Non Participants who wish to partake of the banquet will be charged $40.00. Checks, made out to SEP2005,  covering the registration and meal fees, as well as the charges for companions' meals should arrive, no later than February 1, 2005

There will be a  reception at the Donchins' home on Thursday (7:00pm and onwards). Talks are planned for Friday and Saturday. Our annual banquet will be Saturday evening. If there will be an adequate number of interested registrants there will be a tour of Tampa Bay on Sunday (Dali Museum, Dolphin watching and so on.) Details and costs will follow. All the meeting's events will be held at the Embassy Suites hotel that is located on the campus of USF.
